B&A Trail Repair

Design the repair of a failed section of the B&A Trail between Jumpers Hole Road and Waterford Road after major snowfall and significant rain events overwhelmed the existing culverts under the trail, which were also clogged by beaver activity, and caused an overtopping failure.
